Due to the nature of perfume products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Conditions

You may request a return if:

• The product was received damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@fumeatelier.com

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products purchased during sales or promotions
• Gift cards and discovery sets

Refund Process Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
